Martha E Noebel

Martha Ellen Noebel passed from life on Earth to life in eternity with the Lord on March 13, 2025, at the age of 71. She was born June 7, 1953 in Virginia Beach to the late Russell Senior and Juanita Holland. She spent her life devoted to her family, filling their lives with love, laughter, and kindness. Ellen is survived by her faithful husband Robert (Bob) Noebel whom they shared 42 years of love and service to the Lord together. She was a dedicated and caring mother to her children (and their spouses) including: David Paul III (Kendria), Robert Noebel Jr (Sara), Daniel Noebel (Alexia), and Sarah Doyle (Mark). Her heart and passion was poured into her eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren who brought her immense joy and pride. Her memory will also be cherished by her siblings and their families; Russell Holland (Deborah), Janice Smith (Tommie), and Kathy Dowdy (Phil). Martha Ellen was a woman of strength, grace, and kindness that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy will live on in the countless lives she influenced whether through her family, her church, or her heart for others in outreaches forever reminding us of the greatest commandment to love God and to love people. She chose to live a life of meaningful acts of love and service, like Christ modeled for us. She made the world a better place by her wisdom through her devotions, writings, and songs. While our hearts ache with loss, we take solace in knowing that her love will remain with us forever. There will be two celebration of life services. Summit Church in Foley, AL on March 16, 2025 at 3pm and Beach Church in Virginia Beach, VA on March 22, 2025 at 4pm (Reception to follow) No words can express how grateful we are to Gentiva Hospice walking us along her final days to help keep her comfortable. You will be missed beyond words but remembered with endless love.
