Kathleen Bellino

Kathleen Bellino October 15, 1960 – December 19, 2024 It is with love that we celebrate the life of our sister, Kathleen Bellino, age 64, of Gulf Shores, AL, who passed away peacefully on December 19, 2024, at Eastern Shore Rehabilitation Center in Daphne, AL. Kathleen was a devoted sister, aunt, and friend, whose warmth, generosity, and humor will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Born on October 15, 1960, in Youngstown, OH, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Johanna Bellino. She is survived by her two sisters, Cheryl Bellino (James) of Forney, TX, and Donna Couch (James) of Madison, AL; her nephews, Landon Lipinski and Aaron Maddox; and her niece, Logan Maddox. Kathleen was preceded in death by her longtime partner, Thomas Mayberry, who passed away in July 2017. Kathleen cherished her faith, enjoyed the company of friends and loved ones, and found joy in the companionship of her beloved pup, Bubba. A 1978 graduate of Plainview High School in Rainsville, AL, Kathleen went on to pursue higher education at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN, where she majored in English and studied education. She was known for her exceptional artistic talent. While in college, she worked as a screen printer, creating prints for many colleges and universities. She was also an active participant in community theater, taking on prominent roles in several musical productions. Kathleens’s passion extended into her working life, where she thrived in customer and food service at the Chestnut Tree in Denton, TX, forming lasting connections and friendships. Kathleen held a deep appreciation for military aircraft and was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, rarely missing a chance to cheer on her team. Though Kathleen’s physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the memories and hearts of those she touched. Her kindness, laughter, and creative energy will be forever cherished by all who knew her.
