Larry L Brown Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Larry Lee Brown, age 63, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2022, at his home in Robertsdale, AL surrounded by his family. He was born April 2, 1959, in Atmore, to the late James Dewey Brown, Jr and Elsie (Foster) Brown of Loxley. He was a 1977 graduate of Robertsdale High School. He was a dedicated employee of Gulfstream Logistics Services a division of Woerner Agribusiness in Foley, AL. Larry enjoyed the simple pleasures of life; family gatherings, dance recitals, baseball games, traveling, watching his bird feeders, mowing the lawn, and spending movie time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Debra (Saathoff) Brown; children Nicole (Jacob) Ojeda, Loxley, Jessica (Michael) Elgie, Robertsdale, Kyle (Ashley) Brown, Robertsdale, Deanna (Matt) Moorer, Daphne; siblings Alvin Brown, Atmore, Dorothy Larsen, Gulf Breeze, FL, Jamie Brown, Loxley; 8 grandchildren, multiple nieces, nephews and cousins. Family, friends, and others whose lives Larry touched are invited to a memorial service on Saturday, May 28th at Community of Christ Church, 18700 Florida Street, Robertsdale, AL. The doors will open at 11 AM to everyone and the service will begin at 11:15 AM. The receiving of guests will follow in the Gathering Hall next door during a Celebration of Life lunch. Larry’s family feels truly blessed from all the prayers and well wishes during his illness. A special Thank You to Woerner Agribusiness and the Roger Woerner family for your unwavering support throughout this difficult time in our lives.
