Shawn Baggett

Shawn Adele was the most caring mother, sister and friend. She left this world suddenly on May 30th 2022 at a young age of 29. She was born to Ivy (Sunshine) Williams on Valentines day of ’93. The holiday was fitting for her birthday because all she ever did was show and give love. She had four boys whom she loved more than anything. Hunter, Levi, Cade, and Asher. Although she may have left this world, we know she will still be with them every day showing them love through God’s gentle gestures and signs. To know Shawn was to know love, and nourishment. No matter her relation to you, you would feel the strongest embrace of a mother. She would cook for anyone who needed or wanted a warm meal. She would baby sit anyone’s kids whether the parents needed a break or just because she enjoyed a house full of giggling kids running around. Shawn loved to go fishing and be outdoors. She was always outside either cutting her grass for fun or setting up water slides for her kids. She was constantly going above and beyond for others to make sure they felt loved, cared for, and special. Every Sunday she would cook a big meal for her family including her brothers and sister and welcomed all. One of her favorite things was to have everyone together around a table laughing and enjoying what she had worked on all day. Her most favorite thing of all though was to be with her four boys all snuggled up together watching movies and just embracing their love. She was a skilled cosmetologist and also earned her dental assisting certificate. She wore many hats but her favorite was that of a mother. Her boys were her biggest accomplishment in her eyes. Shawn’s friendship was a blessing and her laugh was infectious. Her witty sense of humor would keep you on your toes, which always kept things interesting. Shawn loved to celebrate everyone else so we ask that in her absence we do the same for her. Shawn’s Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June the 4th at 11 A.M. and will be held at 19451 Greenwood Church Road Summerdale Al, 36580
