Obituary of Ronald Keith Brooks II February 15, 1975 – December 18, 2024 Ronald Keith Brooks II, known to all as Ron, went to his heavenly home on December 18, 2024, leaving behind a legacy that touched countless lives. Born on February 15, 1975, Ron’s life was a testament to living with purpose, passion, and unwavering devotion to his family, friends, and faith. Ron was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Brooks, and is survived by his beloved wife, Ammie, and their four boys, Brendan, Brice, Callen, and Colton, who were the pride and joy of his life. Ron’s love for his family was unmatched, and his greatest role was being a devoted husband and father. He also leaves behind his mother, Brenda, sister Kelly, and nieces Paige, Cassie, Alex (Dawson), along with many great-nieces and nephews. On any given Saturday, Ron could be found coaching Turn Two Baseball, where he inspired a generation of young athletes to not only love the game but to play with heart and determination. His dedication to coaching left a lasting legacy in the lives of the boys he mentored. Beyond coaching baseball, Ron loved cheering on his sons in all their activities, never wanting to miss a moment. He was also an enthusiastic supporter of Georgia Bulldogs football, proudly wearing red and black. Ron’s magnetic personality drew people to him instantly. He had a rare gift for making others feel like family and was often described as the life of the party. His “tribe” extended far beyond his own family, as countless friends and their children considered him a second parent. Whether coaching, cheering, or simply being present, Ron gave his whole heart to everything he did. Professionally, Ron was widely respected in the car industry. His work went beyond business transactions; he saw every interaction as an opportunity to create meaningful relationships. A man of deep faith, Ron loved Jesus and lived out his beliefs. He was a long-time deacon of Eastaboga Baptist Church and attended Elberta Church. Ron’s faith was the foundation of his life and guided every step of his journey. A celebration of Ron’s life will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Elberta Church. In lieu of flowers, the family has established a scholarship fund for Ron’s beloved sons.
